Former home of local veterinarian “Doc Lewis,” this home would have been demolished by most due to its deteriorated condition and dysfunctional layout. The decision to save the home was made and that’s when MKH came on the scene. A new floorplan was drafted capitalizing on the underutilized 2,100 sq. ft. of living space. The once 3 bed 2 1/2 bath was transformed into a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom including separate laundry room. The original homestead was thought to have been built around 1950, added on later two or three times between 1970-1980, and finally rebuilt in 2021. We are proud to be a part of the history of this home and believe we successfully brought it back to life while retaining its original soul.
