Stratton Street Remodel: Reviving 1940s Charm
What began as a simple facelift for a rental property on Stratton Street quickly evolved into a full-scale renovation. Once we began work, it became clear the home needed far more attention than expected—prompting a comprehensive remodel to restore its integrity and charm.

Our design choices were inspired by one of the home’s most striking original features: the warm, aged wood floors. We built the entire palette around those tones, selecting materials and finishes that celebrate the home’s 1940s character while enhancing livability for today.

From structural improvements to thoughtful interior updates, every detail of this project was crafted to bring new life to a historic space—proving that with the right care, even a well-worn house can shine again.
