Trinity Street House
We met the owner of this home while working on the Trinity Street Kitchen- just a few doors down. The owner was having his home remodeled, but the process was slow going and he had grown frustrated. The renovation was bank funded and the bank was growing concerned with the progress and lack of transparency about how money was being spent. The owner, who’d met Matt during the Trinity Street Renovation, gave him a call to see if we could help. We were happy to step in!
We took on this project with a strained budget and worked with the homeowner to get the most bang for his buck. We chose pre-fabricated kitchen cabinets, simple fixtures & a pre-fabricated vanity to save money. We splurged on new texture throughout, a professional job, and an upgraded tub & tile surround. New texture & professional paint make a world of difference!
In the end, the homeowner chose to install the carpet, baseboards and hardware himself to save money.
We were so pleased to turn this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house into a clean, inviting home.
