Trinity Street House
Remodel Rescue on Trinity Street
We met the owner of this home while working just a few doors down on our Trinity Street Kitchen project. At the time, his renovation was underway—but progress was slow, communication was lacking, and the bank funding the project was beginning to raise concerns about transparency and spending.
Having met Matt during our nearby project, the homeowner reached out to see if MKH could step in—and we were glad to help.
With a strained budget and stalled momentum, we focused on smart solutions that delivered maximum value. To save costs, we selected pre-fabricated kitchen cabinets, simple fixtures, and a pre-fabricated vanity. We strategically invested in areas that would make the biggest impact—updating the entire home with fresh texture, professional paint, and an upgraded tub and tile surround.
To stretch the budget even further, the homeowner took on finishing tasks like carpet, baseboard, and hardware installation himself.
The result? A clean, inviting, fully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home—and a relieved homeowner who regained control of his project with the support of a builder he could trust.
