Our office was thoughtfully designed to reflect the same level of quality, craftsmanship, and intentionality we bring to every project. More than just a workspace, it’s a place where clients feel welcome, inspired, and supported throughout their homebuilding journey.

Interior Craftsmanship
Inside, you’ll find curated design choices that showcase both form and function. Stained hardwood floors with matching trim set a warm tone, while a partially vaulted ceiling adds a sense of openness. A working display kitchen features an appliance hutch for clean lines and clutter-free storage, with countertops in both honed and polished Taj Mahal Quartzite to help clients visualize finish options. Real brass hardware was chosen for its ability to develop a beautiful patina over time.

The full bathroom includes a custom white oak inset vanity and a striking quartzite backsplash—details that echo the elevated, personal design experience we aim to deliver. This space is designed with intention: to foster connection, collaboration, and creativity.

Exterior Functionality
Durability meets aesthetics on the exterior with James Hardie board & batten siding, a galvanized metal roof with integrated gutters, and energy-efficient Andersen windows. The Trex deck offers low-maintenance outdoor gathering space, and thoughtful features like a frost-free hose bib, soffit lighting on timers (perfect for holiday lights), and outdoor outlets ensure year-round usability. Landscaped stone steps lead from the deck to the yard, tying the structure into the site with natural flow.

The Shop
Our attached shop is equipped for hands-on work and long-term efficiency. It includes a mini split system for year-round climate control, epoxy floors, 220V power for large equipment, and a combination of open- and closed-cell spray foam insulation to maintain a consistent environment.

A Hub for Collaboration
This space is where the MKH team meets with clients to discuss project goals, review design plans, and make material selections. We host in-person meetings at key milestones during construction, offering curated samples and expert guidance to help clients create homes that match both their vision and their budget.
