Keast Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry — Design Remodel by MKH Custom Co.
After ten years of dreaming about their kitchen remodel, the Keast family trusted us to bring their vision to life—reimagining the heart of their home with thoughtful design and high-impact functionality.

The most transformative change was converting the formal dining room into a full butler’s pantry, creating expanded space for cooking, prep, and storage. One of the home’s favorite new features is the grocery door, allowing direct grocery delivery from the garage straight into the pantry for seamless unloading.

We refreshed both exterior entry points and added a new stone façade to tie the updated areas together. The front steel door elevates curb appeal, while the 14' sliding door floods the space with natural light and connects the kitchen and living area to the outdoor patio.

Warm, Layered Tones Throughout
The design palette centers around warm, inviting materials that feel both elevated and timeless. Hand-scraped red oak floors bring rich character underfoot, paired with espresso-stained cabinetry for depth. Creamy white and soft green cabinetry adds balance and warmth, creating a layered look without sacrificing brightness. Natural granite countertops, filled with unique colorful movement, tie the palette together. The finishing touch—brass hardware—adds a subtle glow that completes the warm, cohesive aesthetic.

Warm, functional, and designed with hosting in mind—this is the ultimate gathering kitchen, made for friends, family, and everyday living..
