Our First Full Design-Build Home: Where Function Meets Farmhouse Charm
This project marks a major milestone for our team—our first complete design-build new construction home. From the initial concept to the final finishes, every element was crafted with care, intention, and collaboration. The floor plan was developed entirely in-house, tailored to meet the client's vision while optimizing flow, comfort, and functionality.
Thoughtful infrastructure sets this home apart. Separate mechanical rooms for HVAC and pool equipment ensure quiet, efficient operation. A bolt-down storm cellar was discreetly integrated for added safety, and a whole-home generator provides peace of mind with uninterrupted power during outages.
Despite the focus on performance, the home remains rooted in character. Designed in the spirit of a classic Texas Farmhouse, it blends rustic warmth with modern solutions—resulting in a space that feels both timeless and tailored. This home reflects the heart of our design-build philosophy: creating beautiful, functional homes that meet real-life needs.
