This project marks the first design-build endeavor for our team, where the floor plan was meticulously designed from the ground up and every design decision was carefully guided through to completion. The home features separate mechanical rooms for HVAC and pool equipment, optimizing both function and efficiency. A bolt-down storm cellar was seamlessly integrated for added safety, while a whole-home generator ensures reliability during power outages. Despite these functional elements, the design retains the charm and warmth of a classic Texas Farmhouse, blending rustic appeal with modern, practical solutions. Every aspect of the home balances timeless farmhouse style with the client’s specific needs.
